Israel has introduced its defence on the Worldwide Courtroom of Justice in response to genocide case introduced by South Africa.
A two-day public listening to of South Africa’s genocide case in opposition to Israel on the Worldwide Courtroom of Justice (ICJ) has concluded.
South Africa laid out a list of genocidal acts by Israel on the primary day of listening to on Thursday – whereas Israel defended itself on Friday.
Now, the courtroom has begun deliberations.
It would resolve whether or not South Africa’s case is powerful sufficient to problem a provisional measure to cease the Israeli navy’s assaults on Gaza.
