The Vegas teen who callously mowed down a retired police chief final month boasted to law enforcement officials that he can be out of jail in 30 days.

Ayala bragged to cops he can be out of jail in 30 days shortly after he was arrested for hanging Probst. Police had not advised him in regards to the hit-and-run costs.
