Police have arrested a Tennessee trainer for allegedly threatening to shoot a colleague at her preschool.

Sheneca Cowart was arrested and charged with assault, menace of mass violence at a college, and two counts of carrying a weapon to a college following Thursday’s incident at The Academy of McCrory Lane.

NBC News reports,

Authorities took Cowart into custody after witnesses stated she threatened to “retrieve a firearm and made threats in opposition to one other trainer and the varsity after an argument,” the Metro Nashville Police Division stated.

Employees members alleged 29-year-old Cowart threatened to “shoot up” the preschool and that she retains a gun “on her,” in keeping with NBC Information affiliate WSMV.

One other trainer claimed to overhear Cowart say “after I begin capturing, you higher run,” prompting the preschool to enter lockdown, WSMV reported.

The police division recovered one handgun from Cowart’s purse and one other firearm within the driver’s facet door of her car.
