Low water ranges brought on by drought are forcing restrictions on variety of ships allowed to transit.
Some 150 vessels are caught ready to go via the Panama Canal, one of many world’s most necessary transport routes
The rising backlog comes after months of drought in Central America. Because of decreased rainfall, low water ranges have restricted the variety of vessels allowed to undergo.
Cargo deliveries have been delayed and provide chains hit worldwide.
