Joe Biden’s marketing campaign finance chair Rufus Gifford was on MSNBC on Saturday to debate fundraising.

Though Biden has been perceived as weak on the world stage, a delusional Gifford advised a distinct story.

“There isn’t any one who has a greater grasp of worldwide problems with world affairs than President Joe Biden,” Gifford stated.
