Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell is coming into his second 12 months within the NFL. And after beginning only one recreation as a rookie, Howell’s in line to begin Week 1 and past for the Commanders this season. Howell aided these probabilities with a superb efficiency in Washington’s preseason opener.
Howell performed over 1 / 4 in Washington’s 17-15 win over the Cleveland Browns and was 9-for-12 for 77 yards with one landing. Head coach Ron Rivera walked away from the sport pleased with Howell’s exhibiting.
