Beckham’s firm, DB Ventures Ltd, alleges within the lawsuit that Mark Wahlberg Funding Group “duped” the soccer star when he turned F45’s international ambassador. Beckham is claiming a “breach of contract” and the lack of greater than $10 million in a failed endorsement deal.

Beckham claims that F45 promised him a $1.5 million contract along with shares of the corporate six months after F45 went public in July 2021 and once more at 12 months.
